HIKO
WHAT IS IT?
The Toxnfill HIKO procedure is a non-surgical aesthetic method that does not require incisions.
It uses PDO threads, which are KFDA-approved for safety, and hyaluronic acid fillers to enhance the contour of the nose bridge and tip.
Unlike traditional fillers that often struggle with reshaping the nose tip, HIKO creates a more defined and smooth nasal line, making it ideal for individuals seeking aesthetic enhancements without the concerns of surgery.
Additionally, HIKO uses absorbable threads that naturally dissolve within 6–12 months. The collagen generated during the procedure can remain semi-permanently, with up to 50% contributing to maintaining a natural and lasting contour of the nose bridge line.

Treatment Q&A
Q.What is the difference between nose fillers and HIKO?
HIKO is a treatment that uses hyaluronic acid filler and biocompatible dissolving threads to improve the nose bridge and tip. Unlike nose fillers, which only use fillers to add volume to the nose bridge line, HIKO improves both the nose bridge and tip, giving them a more defined appearance. The dissolving threads used in HIKO help support the filler and improve the shape of the nose. Additionally, as the threads dissolve, they stimulate collagen production, allowing for the maintenance of natural volume even after the filler is absorbed.
Q.I had nose surgery. Is nose filler or HIKO treatment possible?
If you’ve had nose surgery, it may be challenging to undergo these treatments. Scar tissue may have formed beneath the skin, making the procedure more difficult and increasing the risk of blood vessel damage. The possibility of the treatment can be determined after an in-person consultation.
